WELL FOLKS, I'VE BEEN INVITED TO SING MY ORIGINAL SONG "MY HOMETOWN" AS PART OF JACK'S TALK (SEE BELOW) WEDNESDAY 5:30 AT REVOLUTIONARY GROUNDS. some years ago, i had the honor of singing it live on Amy Goodman's Democracy Now.************************* Jack Cohen-Joppa is well-informed and his review of what is going on at Davis Monthan and Monsanto will be enlightening. Please come and hear how Tucson is being militarized; our sons & daughters being trained as drone pilots. In this era where facts are being sullied by ideology, you will find Jack's presentation eye-opening, sobering and a call to action each in our own ways.AND we get to patronize a local business (Revolutionary Grounds) that supports peace and justice daily.TUCSON EXPORTS WAR- RAYTHEON MISSILE SYSTEMS, DAVIS-MONTHAN AIR FORCE BASE & THE AMERICAN EMPIREWhy There Are Monthly Peace Vigils at Raytheon and Davis-Monthan AFBWednesday, November 2, 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.Revolutionary Grounds Books and Coffee606 N. 4th Avenue, TucsonJack Cohen-Joppa will review the armed drones, depleted uranium, missile interceptors, cruise missiles, cluster bombs, tax breaks and more that tell the world Tucson banks on war.Event is part of the Wednesday nights Ideas for Change programs to help Revolutionary Grounds survive in Tucson.
