Villa Grace Navajo Churro Lamb cookout at Revel Tucson June 25 2017

Ben Forbes did an incredible cooking job on a 5 month old Churro ram lamb harvested from Villa Grace.  It was a huge party at Revel, an excellent wine bar in Tucson, a big Tucson gastronomique affair.  When i showed up, i got a foodie's rock star applause from the revelers.  and the lamb was delicious.
